    After entering ID and password getting a message " unable to connect to Samsung server. Please try again later It only work With Hotspot It doesn't work with the Wi-Fi from your home or with the Ethernet cable i Call spectrum call Samsung and still even change the router and the Wi-Fi and I still can get TV plus But when I use the hotspot from my phone all the channels come in beautiful So Workin think its some kind of sitting in the Wi-Fi or the modem.
